Limited time offer available to new farm mortgage customers.   New customers will enjoy a reward of 1% cash back on the mortgage interest paid every calendar year.  1% cash back rewards will be mailed annually during the month of January for interest paid in the previous calendar year.  The 1% calculation applies to all regular scheduled payments and excludes any pre-paid interest or penalties.  Limit one reward enrollment per loan transaction.  New mortgage may be used for the purpose of a refinance, purchase, or expansion.
